RED RING
(patented) serves as a visual check of operational readiness
Instead of laboriously re-measuring the geometric conditions (when installed between the carriages), the visibility of the ‘red ring’ - taking into account the measurement parameters - signals that the damper is fully extended and minimum readiness is ensured.
Example using a ‘transparent guide tube’:

RFID- Chip
as an additional information memory
In addition to the (one-sided) serial number - for identification purposes - this and other product-specific data is now stored directly in the object for each damper. This makes it possible to reliably read out and assign the data even years later.
Furthermore, reading out the chip - which can also be carried out by the customer - simplifies fleet monitoring with regard to duration of use, service, specific features, etc.

Due to the high demands of our products with regard to

A new series with carbon-reinforced cylinder bodies has been developed.
The advantages are, for example, that
- the dead weight has been drastically reduced, depending on the design by 30% and more,
- Inevitably, this also reduces the moving masses, which in turn saves energy and
- the body structure is specifically influenced by the deliberate use of the material.
